My name is Dr. Mark Kline. I signed with Integrity in 2010 and have never regretted a moment of this decision. At that time, I had been practicing for over 25 years and was stuck in a rut that kept limitations on many areas of my life. The first Integrity Conference my wife and I attended was the beginning of a journey of growth that has had an impact on, not only the practice, but also on those around me who I love. I wasn’t dreaming, growing or managing the practice well at all and was constantly overwhelmed. Keith Maule spoke directly to me that day, literally because of where I sat at the table, about being “BORN FOR THIS” and “THE SYSTEM BUCKO”. I was in “the right place at the right time” to hear that. The values of Integrity perfectly lined up with my own. I still have the “Paint it!, Plan it!, Own it!, Change!, Work It!” key on my key ring. That day was day one of the process of undoing a lifetime of rudderless sailing of the practice, in addition to how I cared for my patients. Early on, I had no idea that I could be part of a system that will have such a huge impact on my family, the profession and the community in the future. The Integrity System has been the mechanism I use to continue to change systems and me to undo the old and make the practice all that it can be. Everyone benefits. The Integrity Doctor coaches have been so necessary to help us “work” the plan in the right way. I am very grateful for the chance to be part of Integrity because the upside and possibility. There is no ceiling. And rest assured, there is always someone in Integrity who has “done it before”, understands completely and can help guide any doctor, practice or practices to the next level.

But much bigger than all of the above, my wife and I have been incredibly blessed with friendships of many wonderful people we otherwise never would have made or gone to places we otherwise never would have gone. Such an amazing group of people who deliver encouragement time and time again when we need it the most. There was once an Integrity Conference where it was said, “We should be so enthusiastic about what we do that any person will absolutely want to become a patient, and send in their friends, families and co-workers. In fact, we should be so enthusiastic that they will all want to become chiropractors!” And what can you say about The Maule Family. They have invested in so many people, as individuals, and the chiropractic profession as a whole. They continue to inspire us personally and professionally to be the best we can be. We can never give enough thanks to The Maules, Integrity Doctors as a system and the coaches we have been so fortunate to have.
